I've just put a bid in for a lovely 4-bedroom house in Catford, and I'm looking for 3 other professional sharers to move in with me and my cat.
The house has three huge rooms, three bathrooms, a big kitchen, and a garden. It's less than a 5-minute walk from both Catford and Catford Bridge stations. There is also a big park at the end of the road.
The council tax band is C, and I've also confirmed there is fibre optic internet connection (1 GB up and down).
A little about me: I'm 31 and work in IT. I'm originally from East London, but I've now made the perilous journey south of the river; don't worry, I've had all my jabs :)
