Large, Cheap Double Room In Catford/Ladywell

Hi all, I’m leaving my very cheap house in Catford after five years and am looking for someone to take my room.

The rent is £550 including bills (!). It’s a big room, comfortably fitting a double bed, large desk, a TV, a wardrobe, and various other bits and pieces. It’s available Jan. 5 but it may be possible to move in a little earlier if you need. It’s got big bay windows that I’ve found good for growing plants. I’m taking the shoe rack, but otherwise all the furniture can stay if you like.

You’ll be living with three others; two guys and a girl ranging from 24 to 37. Alan is a nurse, Conall is a psychologist, and Eva is a psychology student.

The house also comes with a decent-sized living room, garden, and dining room. Most of the appliances have been replaced in the time I’ve lived here so should be in good working order for the foreseeable future. It’s also right beside a really nice park and less than five minutes from an Aldi. Catford, Catford Bridge and Ladywell stations are all about ten minutes away.

The most important thing we’re looking for is someone who will help maintain a nice vibe in the house. We have parties a few times a year, but for the most part it’s pretty quiet. LGBTQ+ friendly!
