Large Double Room In Catford/Ladywell

REPOSTING DUE TO DROP OUT

Hi all, one of us is leaving our house in Catford and we're looking for someone to take his room.

The rent is £550 including bills (!). It’s a big room, comfortably fitting a double bed, large desk, a TV, a wardrobe, and various other bits and pieces. It’s available Jan. 5 but it may be possible to move in a little earlier if you need. It’s got big bay windows that it's good for growing plants.

You’ll be living with three others; two guys and a girl ranging from 24 to 30. Conall is a psychologist, Eva is a psychology student, and Alan is a nurse. Our interests include the arts - one of us writes in their spare-time and another sings - as well as cooking and outdoor activities like hiking and surfing.

The house comes with a decent-sized living room, garden, and dining room. It’s also right beside a really nice park and less than five minutes from an Aldi. Catford, Catford Bridge and Ladywell stations are all about ten minutes away.

We’re looking for is someone who will help maintain a nice vibe in the house. We'd liked to consider ourselves a relaxed bunch. We have parties a few times a year, but for the most part it’s pretty quiet. LGBTQ+ friendly!

Deposit is £430 (one’s month rent for the room, we pay an extra £120 for bills at the moment) and we’re on a rolling contract. If you’re interested and available to come for a viewing this side of Christmas, please get in touch and let us know a bit about yourself.
