Hey,

I'm advertising this huge room to rent on behalf of my Landlord. My flatmate is moving on to new pastures so I'm looking for a new flatmate to come and join!

The room used to be a living room but now converted into a bedroom, so you can imagine the size of it. The flat was renovated when we moved in coming up to two years ago so everything is still nice and new with no issues. The room has its own little balcony area which is great for the summer. It Is a split level flat so on your bedroom level is your own toilet and the kitchen. Upstairs is the shower/toilet, my room and the shared living space (old bedroom)

The flat is a 12 min walk from both Catford train stations, there's a bus stop outside the flat so you can get into Forest Hill or Lewisham easily. On the road are local shops, dry cleaners and a Tesco's, not to mention a really great pub.

About me; I'm 30 years old and I work for the Ambulance service. I work both day and night shifts but I've got a great knack of closing the door quietly in the mornings. i'm a naturally relaxed person but also up for spontaneous days out or quiet trips to the pub, I like to socialise but appreciate the importance of personal time/space.
