Cosy room in friendly house

Hi there,

We are a friendly bunch living in a beautiful big 3 storey house. Including you we are 5 people sharing (South African, English, Mexican and Egyptian/ Cameroon/German - it's complicated ; ). We are all good friends and treat each other with respect. We often cook and hang out together and are into music, theatre etc.- usual stuff.

The house is big with a bathroom/ toilet upstairs and shower and separate toilet down stairs, so you honestly never feel over crowded.

We are 2 min off the high street (very convenient for shopping) and a block away from the park. It’s 10 min walk to Catford/Catford bridge and Ladywell stations (and then 15 to London Bridge station). By bike it is 10 min to Lewisham and 15 min to New Cross - Goldsmiths Uni.

The room is a small double room with a mezzanine double bed to optimise the space.

Price includes council tax but exclude bills of roughly £80 monthly (which includes a cleaner who comes in once a week).

1 Month deposit required in advance.

We are hoping that we will find someone who is tidy, chilled, flexible and positive to enrich our relatively settled and content space.
