The newly decorated double bedroom is bright and spacious, featuring a comfortable double bed, built-in storage, a desk with chair, and a big screen TV. With a large bay window and high ceilings, it offers plenty of natural light and an open feel.

You'll be sharing the kitchen and lounge with a friendly professional couple (live-in landlords). The flat is split over two floors. Ground floor includes your room, an open plan kitchen lounge and a bathroom. Downstairs is our bedroom, home office and a shower room. As we have two bathrooms, the ground floor one will be primarily yours to use with occasional use from guests and ourselves.

The rent is £800 per month, plus bills. Included in the rent are internet, TV license, and a cleaner. Other bills (water, gas, electric, and council tax (band C)) are split three ways, and they usually come to about £90 per month (each).

The area is great - Mountsfield Park is right next door, perfect for a morning jog or a relaxing walk. Catford High Street is just a short stroll away, with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants to explore. Plus, we're within a 12min walk to Catford and Catford Bridge stations, and 15min to Hither Green train station, so getting around is a breeze.

A bit about us: We are a sociable and friendly couple. One of us works from home full-time in the creative industries. The other mainly works from the office throughout the week in the government sector. We enjoy board games, movies and cooking food from around the world (we have both moved to the UK from different corners of the globe).
