Large double room in a big sunny house

We are 3 professionals in our early-mid 30s looking for someone to move into a large double room in our spacious house. One of us is only around one night of the week. We are easy-going and LGBTQ+/ neurodiverse/poly/SWer friendly, and open to more than one housemate sharing the room. One housemate’s friendly short-haired spaniel lives here part time - and his breed means the house doesn’t smell like dog. :)

Move-in date is flexible, sooner preferred. Landlord’s reference check required.

House is just a 2 min walk to SouthEastern station (Catford Bridge), or a 5 min walk to Thameslink station (Catford). The trains are reliable and run direct to London Bridge, Charing Cross, Canon St, Victoria/Farringdon, etc

Lots of cafes and speciality shops within a 5 min walk

The room
Double bedroom measures 4.1m x 3.25m, faces out onto the back garden and gets the morning sun

Unfurnished.

Rent is £1,025 per month + bills. Deposit is £1,153.

Some non-essential furniture will be leaving with the departing housemate, we’ll be happy to discuss new room layouts to accommodate your stuff
