One of our lovely housemates, Sam, has landed an exciting performance gig touring in Dubai – so we’re looking for someone to sublet his room while he’s away!
The House:
Our home is full of character and space. You'll have access to:
A large, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and loads of cupboard space
TWO communal rooms – a cosy loft snug and a downstairs living/dining room
A lovely bathroom with a standalone bath, plus a separate downstairs toilet
A big garden (with a shed & bike space!)
Plenty of storage (under-stairs cupboard + attic cupboards)
The Room:
Very spacious – approx 4m x 4m
Bright and airy with lots of natural light
Rent is £675/month + bills (~£125/month incl. council tax)

About Us:
You’ll be living with Kelly, a designer working in film, TV, and art, and Mike, a musician in a band. We’re both friendly and sociable, and enjoy chilled evenings, pub trips, good conversation, the occasional gig or board game night, and generally keeping the vibe creative and relaxed around the house.

A lovely community centre/garden just 1 minute from the house 🌼
Great train links to London Bridge (9 min), Charing Cross, Blackfriars & Cannon Street
Plenty of local shops, parks, and cafes nearby
