5 month sublet in leafy South-East London!

Hey!

I’m looking to sublet my wonderful room for 5 months from mid September to mid February (flexible!) £675 rent which is a great price for what you get.

It’s a large room about a 20 min walk from Catford Bridge, Catford and Bellingham stations. It’s a shared home, and you’d be sharing with two lovely flatmates, Kelly & Mike.

Kelly (31) is a costume and production designer for film and tv and Mike (34) is a drummer in an indie-rock band (but he’s quiet I promise). Ideally looking for someone creative and chill :) Both Kelly and Mike travel a lot for work also.

There’s 2 living rooms (1 large downstairs and 1 attic snug), 1 bathroom upstairs and 1 toilet downstairs, a large garden and plenty of storage! Also on-street parking. Also a park about 2 minutes away with a cafe and working space!!

Rent is £675 and bills come to around £100!
