Description
Hello, we have a spacious double room available in a residential area of Catford.
Our house has a homely vibe and is fully kitted out with all amenities. We have a big communal kitchen/lounge area and massive garden with summer house so lots of space!
We are three people currently, ranging between 25-45 years old, of different backgrounds and we welcome diversity!
2 of us are smokers so would be best suited to someone who is comfortable with that (although we don’t tend to smoke in the communal areas). I also have a very loving but also large XL Bully dog, so any potential housemate would have to be ok with dogs.
We’re all very friendly with each other and get along well, though also like to have our own space. During the working week, the house is quiet and peaceful and we tend to keep ourselves to ourselves. Having said that, the communal areas are great for entertaining guests, and on the weekends we may have friends over or be socialising together.
We like to keep the communal areas clean and tidy, and clean up after ourselves though we are not OTT about this and have a laid back attitude generally.
