Sunny room in Catford to let

Hello,

We have a bright and sunny room to rent in our Catford house.

The house is a 3 bedrooms + living room and all amenities. We also have a garden which is great for barbecues.

You will be sharing your bathroom with only one other tenant.

The bedroom itself is furnished and South facing so you get all the light.

The bills are quite cheap and range from £130 - £190 in winter time, which includes a bi-monthly cleaning help.

The current flatmates are me Sana and Dan. I work in Employer Brand and Dan is a coding teacher. We're both quite chill and we like to talk about everything artsy or what's going on in the world at the moment.

We have our own lives but it'd be cool to meet someone with whom we'd get along too!

The room is available officially end of October but my current flatmate is moving out before to her new place so we can probably make it happen before, providing reference checks go well (they take 1-2 weeks to complete).
