Double Room in Ladywell/Catford

Hello :) so one of us is leaving our lovely house in Ladywell/Catford, and we're looking for someone to take their room.



The rent including all bills/council tax is £570, and It’s available from 26th October. You’d be living with three others between the ages of 28 and 30: Conall is a clinical psychologist, Orla is studying a masters in Art and Ecology, and Kerrie is a photographer and art director.

We've a wide variety of interests between us, spanning arts, music, literature, nature, film and sports. We all get on really well and like to occasionally do things together, like have dinner during the week, or have a few cans and dinner by the garden fire or head to the pub.



The room is super spacious, downstairs and comes with a double bed, bedside table and set of drawers. The house comes with a decent-sized living room, dining room, one main bathroom and also a downstairs toilet. There’s also a garden with 2 sheds for storage too. It’s right beside a nice park and less than five minutes from Catford High Street Aldi, a 5 min walk to the gym, and 2-3 minute walk to the bus stop. Catford, Catford Bridge, and Ladywell stations are all about a ten minute walk away.



We'd like to consider ourselves a relaxed, sociable and settled bunch. We have parties once or twice a year, but it’s usually a pretty quiet home - we might occasionally have friends round for dinner or a cup of tea during the week but it’s usually quite chill. We’d also consider ourselves a queer-friendly home. 



We’re looking for someone who will help maintain the nice vibe we created, and hopefully become a friend as well as a housemate :)
