Quiet Professional House Recently Refurbished

My property has recently been refurbished, re-wired, new kitchen and bathroom installed, new flooring throughout and I am at the stage of looking for one or 2 tenants to share what will be a really nice and comfortable house. The Kitchen has Oven, Microwave, Washing Machine, Drier and Dishwasher. All Bills are included on a fair usage basis.

The property has wifi and hopefully will be hard wired for internet in each room. I will also look into enabling the virgin package into each bedroom if required.

One bedroom is single and one is a double room (both for single occupancy). Both rooms have a small vanity unit in the corner of the room.

There is an upstairs combined toilet and shower room and downstairs there is a separate Toilet and Shower Room.

I work from home and my office is downstairs under one of the bedrooms. I am not a party person. I do not smoke and have a zero drugs policy.

The property would suit a quiet person who is looking for a place to live long term. The property is 5 minutes walk to Lewisham Hospital and would suit someone who works there. Consideration will be given to NHS workers. It is also very close to Catford and Catford Bridge Station.
