Furnished/Unfurnished Double Room

A double room available in a quiet shared home. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, sofa, table and tv. The room can be unfurnished if preferred.

You will share a kitchen, garden, living room and bathroom. Wi-Fi, water, electricity/gas, council tax and tv licence are included in the rent.

The home is shared with a couple of friendly cats who stay in the living room — they do not have access to the bedrooms, so your private space stays pet-free.

I currently work from home and need a calm environment.
