We’d love someone who helps keep the balance, but it’s not essential — we’re open to anyone (male or female) who’s friendly, tidy and easy-going. The vibe is relaxed, respectful, and sociable without being a party house.

A considerate, clean, easy-going person — ideally a working professional or mature student aged roughly 18–27 to match the current household dynamic. Gender is completely open; a good fit is what matters most.
