The flat is shared with myself, I am a 40-year-old working woman – quiet, tidy and friendly.

No drugs

No heavy alcohol consumption, please

A Double bed, Double Wardrobe, two bar stools, ruge heavy mirror, small table mirror, two drawers side bed, bookcase, sofa, table lamp, Small fridge_freezer and Kettle,

The second room includes:

A double bed, two doubles wardrobes, chest off 5 drawers, foldable table, office chair, small side bed table, 2 cubes storage, 1 storage trolley, TV 32", kettle, clothes basquete, two small dry clothes, kettle.

If required, I can also provide a pillow, duvet and bedding.

Move-in details:

For Each room:
Rent and bills included except Council tax: £750 per month (pm)
Council Tax: 50£ pm
Deposit: 800£

Total to move in each room: £1,600

The bills include water, gas, electricity, internet, and professional cleaning of the communal areas twice a month.
