Double room to rent with own bathroom in Catford

Lovely front room to rent in an Edwardian terrace on a residential street.

We are long term housemates seeking a lodger - both professionals who work in the arts but you don’t have to :-)

One of us lives mostly on the first floor, the other on the second, so you would have the ground floor mainly to yourself including your own shower room and toilet under the stairs.

Shared kitchen, dining room, conservatory and garden. We have two shy cats and one of us is an occasional smoker.

You must be willing to follow the recycling rules of the house. Beyond that we’re pretty easy going.

Your room currently contains a single bed, georgian desk, two armchairs and bedside table and lamp but can be offered unfurnished if desired. You’re also free to re-decorate within reason if it’s a longer term rental. Initial contract would have a three month get-out on both sides.

Transport: 10 minutes walk from Catford/Catford Bridge Stations. 11 minutes to London Bridge, 22 minutes to Charing Cross. Bus stop round the corner.

All bills included, as are sky and netflix.

Council Tax would be approx £30 per month if you wish to be on the electoral roll.
