A bright, furnished double room in a newly built two-bedroom house, in a quiet residential area between Catford and Forest Hill.

You’ll be sharing the home with me, a Japanese professional woman, and my small, well-trained poodle-type dog. It’s a calm, clean household and would suit someone looking for a peaceful home rather than a busy house share.

・Around 10 minutes’ walk to Catford and Catford Bridge stations
・Around 20 minutes’ walk to Honor Oak Park and Forest Hill
・Approximately 20–25 minutes to London Bridge by train

🐶 About the dog
My small dog is clean, friendly and fully house-trained. He is not allowed in the lodger’s bedroom, but he does use the shared lounge and is allowed on the sofa.

You must genuinely like dogs and feel comfortable sharing a home with one. I’m not looking to accept another pet.

👀 Who I’m looking for

Ideally, I’m looking for a friendly and considerate female professional or mature student: someone calm, clean and respectful who would enjoy sharing a relaxed home with another woman and a small dog.

Working from home is welcome, although I’d like to discuss your usual working schedule. The home is LGBTQ+ friendly.

・Minimum stay: 3 months for standard lets

Short lets and Monday-to-Friday or 4–5-night stays may also be considered. The rent will depend on the length and pattern of stay, so please ask for details.

Occasional guests or small dinners are fine by agreement.
