I own a two bedroom first (top) floor flat in a Victorian terraced house, which I have rented to two female students for the last year. One student is moving out in September, but the other student would like to stay in the property long term and is looking for someone to start a new tenancy with her from mid September. I manage the property myself and the tenancy is facilitated via OpenRent.
The bedroom is furnished with a double ottoman bed, double mattress, IKEA wardrobe with full length mirror door, chest of drawers, a bedside table, a blind and curtains. Everything was purchased new 12 months ago.
