Private Double Furnished Room

The bedroom is in the attic - has bathroom beside with a shower (newly renovated). There is a double bed, a clothes rail and 2 bed side draws in the bedroom. It has a black out blind and privacy linen curtains. *message for pics :) *

You'd be sharing with me and my partner who both work full-time and our little tabby cat Margot who is 6. I work at a hospital so never from home and my partner Josh works 3 days from home a week.

We'd want someone who is respectful - as its our own home.

The house is on a quiet residential road near 3 gorgeous parks (Mountsfield, Forster and Beckenham Place) and right between three stations- Catford/Catford Bridge, Hither Green and Bellingham. The house has a large garden and comfy seats as well as dining table. The house has 2 bathrooms (1 with bath and 1 with shower) and a downstairs toilet.

House is a 15 minute walk to Bellingham Station - can get to St Pancras, Blackfriars, Denmark Hill etc from here.

20 minute walk to Hither Green - trains to London Bridge in 10 minutes and Charing Cross in 15 minutes.

20 minute walk to Catford + Catford Bridge which can get you into central super quick.

Near Lewisham if you need DLR to Canary Wharf etc.

Bus stop 2 roads away (5 minute walk).

We are renovating but now this is mostly painting and flooring so not a big disturbance to you or us. We like to keep things tidy and have a cleaner weekly (which would be included in monthly rent). It'd be £900 monthly inclusive of bills etc.

Street parking is available for free.

Ideally we'd prefer a short-term let or someone who is wanting to stay just during the week.
