About Us
Hello, we’re Mali and Reuben. We’ve lived in Catford for 2 years, previously in Nunhead but moved here because we had friends in the area. We love the area for its community feel, pubs, access to the Waterlink Way and proximity to some great parks with city views. We’re heading away for 4 months to visit Mali’s family in the South Pacific and then to do a bit of travelling and are looking for an individual or couple to live in the flat whilst we're away.

About the Flat
Our home is technically a 2 bed flat but we use the second bedroom as a study as it’s quite small. It’s an upstairs Victorian maisonette comprising kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom, study and private garden. We have a good relationship with our neighbours to the left, right and beneath us and love the community feel of our street.

There are stairs at the back of the flat leading to our little but lovely garden.

Free parking on the street and there’s a pulley system rigged to the ceiling for one bike.

10 minute walk from the Blythe Hill Tavern (best pub in South London!)
10 minute walk to Catford & Catford Bridge Stations (with lines to Blackfriars, London Bridge and Charing Cross)
25 minute walk to Forest Hill Overground Station with links to East London
2 minute walk to bus stops leading to Catford and Sydenham

Rent: £1350 (includes home insurance)
Bills: (current estimate) Council tax £166; Gas & Electricity- £95; Water £55; TV- £14.95; Internet £36;

Rent & Bills to be paid all together. We would be happy to cancel the TV licence if you don’t need it.
We would rather keep ourselves registered on Council Tax as it’s only 4 months.

There could be some flexibility on dates depending on what your circumstances are.
