About the Home & What We’re Looking For 🏡🐱
We are a friendly, down to earth couple living together in our home with our much loved cats. We’re looking for a clean, respectful and considerate person who is looking for a comfortable place to rent at a decent price.
Our number one rule is that you must love animals, as we have cats who are very much part of the family. 🐾 Animals are welcome too, but please let us know and confirm this with us before moving in so we can make sure everything is suitable.
My partner works full time and I run my own candle making business from home. We’re both easy going and enjoy having a relaxed and respectful home environment. We’re looking for someone who is responsible, tidy and will treat the house and our belongings with respect.
As we have cats, there may occasionally be times when we need someone who is comfortable with feeding them or checking on them if we’re both out, so being an animal lover is particularly important.
The room is initially advertised for a single person. If you are a couple and would like to rent the room together, please contact us first. We would be happy to consider it, but the rent would be slightly higher to reflect two people sharing.
We want whoever moves in to feel comfortable and at home, while also respecting that this is a shared home. 😊
