There is currently 2 housemates, A guy and a girl (25 and 28) We are really friendly, always smiling and happy, very tidy and we get along with everyone. I am happy to send photos of us if you like.

I will be hosting BBQ's in the summer so this place will be fun and will feel like a home.

The house is on the edge of Catford towards Bromley, on a really quiet and safe road, 5 minute walk to the nearest train station. 20 Minutes in to the centre of London, great bus connections. There is a park on my road.

The trains go to Central, North and south of London, direct to Elephant and Castle, London Blackfriars, London Bridge, London Cannon Street, Kings Cross St Pancras, Luton, Farringdon, London Charing Cross and more.

Less than 5 minute walk to the local supermarket and many many eateries

5 Min drive away from the busy nightlife area of Beckenham, many bars, clubs and restaurants. 10 minute drive to the busy east Dulwich bars and restaurants too.
