This is a lovely house situated on one of the best roads in the Culverley Green conservation area. The room is furnished with a bed and built in wardrobes and over looks the south facing garden. Catford and Catford Bridge stations are only 10-15mins walk away and takes only 11 mins to London Bridge. Lewisham Hospital is a mere 15 minutes walk.

This is a family house and my daughters also live here. They are both very friendly .

I have recently installed a luxury bathroom upstairs and a luxury shower room downstairs which i will insist is kept clean at all times.
