Location is Catford which is in South East London

Good links to the City and Central London with stations at Hither Green, Catford Bridge, Lewisham and Docklands Light Railway serving the community. Good shopping Centres at Catford and Lewisham with Bromley, Kent shopping mall being a further 3 miles away and the DLR will take you to Westfield and Bluewater the larger shopping malls. Lewisham is zone 2 and takes 17 mins to get into Central London. Catford is Zone 3.

Currently has 3 other roommates in this 4 bedroom house and a shared living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, utility room and large garden with off street parking and side entrance if you need to park a bike. The house is large so plenty of room to have your friends over to stay or enjoy a meal occasionally etc.
House is fully furnished with all kitchen items so no need to bring anything honest even bedding and towels will be provided

Easy access to local gyms with swimming pools and loads of classes in the area. We even have a 24 hour virtual gym.

Some very nice areas within a few miles that have excellent restaurants, bars and nightlife which includes Blackheath, Greenwich, Beckenham and Bromley it is also very easy to get home from the west end once the trains stop as we have night buses back to Lewisham and Catford........ one that stops 2 roads away from the house.
