We are looking for responsible people to rent our bright, airy and clean 2 bedroom flat in Catford, London SE6. The flat is a first floor flat in a conversion with 12 flats in total. There are 4 flats on each floor. The flat is at the front of the property. A couple or two single people or even a small family with one child would be ideal. We are looking for professionals or sensible mature students who will keep the flat clean and tidy, pay bills and rent on time and who would like to live close to good transport links and a large park.
The flat has wooden floors throughout, except the bathroom and kitchen which have tiles.

Transport - There are 2 stations within a 5 minute walk, Catford and Catford Bridge. There are trains going into London Bridge in 15 minutes, Waterloo East in 20 minutes and Charing Cross in 25 minutes. There are also services to Blackfriars, Farringdon, St Pancras Int, There is a bus 284 which also passes the flat going to Lewisham and Grove Park. A short walk away of approximately 15 minutes is Honor Oak Park which is on the London Overground with frequent services to East London and south to Crystal Palace and Croydon. Thre are loads of bus routes a short walk away.
Catford has several supermarkets and all the usual high street shops that come in handy such as Boots, Superdrug, plenty of £shops, butchers, cafes, Costa coffee and a theatre. The town is about 10 minutes walk from the flat. It also has a great pub and several restaurants. Slightly further away is Lewisham. This has a full sized under cover shopping centre, open air market, pubs, restaurants and another train station going to more destinations including out into Kent. It's also on the DLR.
