The house is located a 15 - 20 minute walk from Catford Station and Catford bridge station or a short 5 - 10 minute bus ride. There is great bus links from Catford town centre to various location.

The house is big with a large kitchen and dining /lounge area, 1 bathroom, 1 Shower room equipped with shower cubical, toilet and sink basin. There is also a huge garden. There is WIFI available via BT Infinity providing 76MB broadband speed with BT TV (including BT Sports channels), as well as a washing machine. Professional Housekeeping carried out once a month.

Room 4 is a large double room with carpet fitted and comes with a double bed, built in wardrobe with a chest of drawers and additional storage units. The rest of the house is fully furnished.

The House has people who are very tidy and conscientious but who still know how to have a laugh!
