Fully furnished double bedroom with a double bed, chest of drawers, side table and a large wardrobe. Loft storage is available for suitcases.

There is fast wi-fi provided by Virgin Media throughout the house.

There are three reception rooms, a quiet sitting room with a TV and Hi-Fi (which is rarely used). There is a large open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining area. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, and coffee machine. There's a separate fridge/freezer in the garage for additional storage. Your housemates are a mix of Australian and British backgrounds and complete Europhiles - all nationalities welcome!

The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, an Iron and Ironing Board and a clothes line.

There are 2 bathrooms (the main bathroom with a hand/rain shower will be for your use) and each of the two bathrooms have a loo alongside a separate loo downstairs.

The closest station, Hither Green, is a 15 minute walk from the house and trains to Lewisham, London Bridge, Waterloo East and London Charing Cross and London Cannon Street run frequently - journey time to central London is about 20 minutes. Catford and Catford Bridge are also accessible. Lewisham DLR takes you to Canary wharf in 15-20 minutes, and to Bank in 25 minutes (you can walk to Lewisham in about 25 minutes or get the train from Hither Green).

Greenwich (by train/DLR) and Blackheath (by Bus) are very easy to access (only 20-30 minutes away!).
