The room has a bed which can either be a single or a double, a desk and a wardrobe. The furniture and layout can be configured to suit your needs.

There is a shared sitting room (big HD TV, Sky, Netflix, amazon prime) and amazing large kitchen-diner. There is a shared bathroom.

It's 10 minutes walk to Catford or Catford Bridge station. Door to door it's 25 minutes to London Bridge, 30-35 to Charing Cross, and 40 to Blackfriars/Farringdon. There are also good bus links. There is a car parking space if you have a car.

Very close to Catford's best pubs, restaurants and cafes. A short bus/train to Greenwich, Blackheath, Forest Hill or Peckham.

The current lodger is here Monday to Friday and ideally I would like to keep the same arrangement.

The price for a mon-fri tenant is £395, including all bills (including fibre broadband), and a cleaner who visits the flat once a fortnight.

I am a professional male who works normal office hours in central London. I am out quite a lot during the week and in a bit more on the weekends.

I have two cats, so ideally you will be someone who enjoys feline company and doesn't mind feeding them every now and then.
