Cookware, crockery, glasses are provided. 4 bedrooms, kitchen-breakfast room, bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate loo, pretty garden. with table and chairs for eating outside when the weather is nice.

Transport:
We are 10 mins from Catford / Catford Bridge. Direct trains to London Bridge, Cannon Street, Blackfriars, Waterloo, Victoria St. and Charing Cross. These destinations all within 10-25 min travelling time. Close by: supermarkets, shops, bars, pubs, coffee shops and restaurants, local parks: Mansfield Park, Ladywell Fields and Riverview Park. There are two bus stops near the house that will take you anywhere London. I can help with directions.

IMPORTANT: please note the travel card for trains is 33% less expensive than the tube. So you will save around £850 per year travelling from our stations to anywhere in London. I'll explain in person.

Note: there is no shared living room, we have a breakfast bar in the kitchen where you can eat and socialise and a table with chairs on the patio in the garden, so you can also eat outside weather permitting.
