This is a brand new development full of young professionals, absolutely not comparable to other older places around and you will be sharing a modern bathroom with only 1 more person (clean, professional female)
ABOUT THE ARRANGEMENTS:
One bedroom in the flat (the one that you will be sharing a bathroom with) is occupied by a very friendly, respectful and professional person. She is in her mid/late 20s and is working in Central London. She is very easy going.
The third bedroom is currently being rented to another person and that is an ensuite bedroom so they won't share a bathroom with you.
IDEAL TENANT:
Looking for someone who is friendly and easy-going, preferably a professional as well, and at the same time will ideally understands the busy schedule and early wake ups. Respecting the quiet hours is very important as everyone in the flat is working full time jobs.
I would like the person to treat the place as their own - I've lived in a flat-share for the last 7 years prior to buying this place, That said, I am more than happy to consider Monday-Friday type arrangements if you are looking for something like that.
THE ROOM:
It's a double bedroom, good size and very comfortable with new king-size bed, mattress and furniture in place. It has a built-in wardrobe and some storage under the king-size bed.
The flat itself is brand new, has a super comfy sofa, and comes with all high spec fittings and appliances to share, including fully fitted kitchen, dish washer, washing machine / dryer and Nespresso machine. The balcony is pretty sizeable and has been an amazing addition to enjoy all those sunny days in London while working from home :)
LOCATION and TRANSPORT LINKS:
The apartment is perfectly positioned right next to Ladywell Fields (great for jogging and a lovely walk) and is a 7-8min walk to both Catford Bridge and Catford stations from where you have direct trains to Central London.
Very easy to get into the City in 11-25 mins depending on where (London Bridge, Elephant & Castle, City Thameslink, Blackfriars, Farringdon, Charing Cross and Cannon Street, all have a direct train connection):
- London Bridge (from Catford Bridge 7-12min)
- Charing Cross, Cannon Street or Blackfriars in 22min
- Constant Buses to Lewisham DLR, Greenwich, Blackheath and Bromley.
PARKING POSSIBILITY:
If you are interested in renting a parking spot, there are quite a few owners which let their spot.
There is also a secure bike shed in the main block if you are a biker :)
