Cosy room with a 3/4 double bed and wardrobe with a view of garden. Storage room underneath bed and extra storage space under the stairs. The room is small but perfectly nice and functional - I have lived in this room for 2 years myself!

Shared living room and kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer.
Bathroom has a good shower and is shared with 2 others.
We're lucky to have a really nice private garden.

Housemates are Tash, Tom, Abi and Nick.

We've all lived here for over 2 years and our old housemate is moving out to go back to America.

We're a friendly, relaxed bunch who like to socialise and sometimes eat dinner, go to the pub and have BBQs in the summer together but equally we enjoy our own space.

House is near to Chalk Farm and Kentish Town underground stations and Kentish Town West overground. Lots of buses also go from nearby stops.

The area is quiet but close to Camden, Kentish Town, Primrose Hill and Hampstead with plenty of shops and things to do.
Rent is £600 a month (paid at end of each month) with £856 deposit.
We're lucky to have a really good landlord. There may be some extra costs for reference checks, agency fees etc, TBC. If interested we ask for a holding fee that can be taken off the deposit.
Bills come to roughly £70 per month which includes gas, electric, Virgin Media WiFi, council tax, water and household essentials. (we also have a WiFi extender so there's good coverage in this room.)
