This duplex apartment (garden maisonette) is halfway between Parliament Hill Fields (Hampstead Heath & Royal Free Hospital) and Primrose Hill (Regent's Park and London Zoo) and nearby stops for buses 24, 27, 31, 46, 168 and 393. The 24 and 168 go via Bloomsbury, the British Museum, the university hub in central London, e. g. LSE, UCL, SOAS, etc., to Lincoln's Inn Fields, Leicester Square, Buckingham Palace, etc. The 46 bus takes 10/15 minutes to King's Cross and St Pancras station (for Luton and Gatwick Airports) on its way to the City.

Chalk Farm underground - direct to the City - and Kentish Town West BR station (to the iconic Kew Gardens and Olympic Village in Stratford) are about a 10-minute walk from the house. Camden Market is a 15-minute walk down the road, yet this is a very quiet home, due to Grafton Terrace being a no-through road.
