The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a secure and portered mansion block with a shared communal garden. It has recently been redecorated:

- New kitchen with integrated appliances and Neff induction hob.

We are looking for someone that would take pride in the space & make it a home, whilst looking after it for us.

The flat will be shared with the current tenant, a tech founder working on a publishing startup. She is a big foodie, loves the cinema, yoga, bouldering, and going for walks. She prefers to share with a likeminded queer-friendly person, who sees the flat as their home, respecting each other’s privacy, but would appreciate chilling together sometimes.
