Large sunny double room available in a 2 bedroom flat. Fully equipped kitchen and lots of storage in the bathroom. There is also a sunny communal garden. The room is available from September 1st and not before. Move in date can be anything between 1st and 12th September

The rent is £900 , and bills are £165 so it is £1065 per month altogether. Central heating and hot water is included in the rent so the flat is always warm.

I am ideally looking for a female with regular 9 to 5 hours that does not work from home, or if they do its just 1 or 2 days per week.

Looking for someone chilled that doesn't come home at 2am after a night out drinking...I'm pretty quiet in the week and tend to see family and my boyfriend on the weekend.

My boyfriend often brings his labrador over and I have my mums dog to stay sometimes too when she is away. So new flatmate must be a dog lover.

The flat is 4 mins walk to Chalk Farm tube, 5 mins walk to the cafes on Englands Lane in Belsize Park, 15 mins to hampstead heath, 10 mins to primrose hill. Amazing location!

There is a double bed, 1 wardrobe a chest of drawers and bedside table for your bedroom. Plenty of space for a desk if you need one.

It's a great location in a beautiful well maintained block. I know the landlords well and they are really easygoing.
