The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table, with plenty of space for a desk and another wardrobe if you need one.

🏡 ABOUT THE FLAT AND ME

I’m a yoga teacher, so I’m in and out during the day and also work some evenings during the week. I’m looking for a flatmate who is also out at work for most of the day, ideally someone with regular 9–5 hours. If you work from home, I’d ideally be looking for someone who is only home-working 1 or 2 days a week.

I really like having a home where we can both enjoy our own space when we’re at home, but also have a chat in the kitchen or lounge when we’re both around. I’m looking for someone chilled who wants a peaceful, quiet home.

I’m fairly quiet during the week and tend to go out at weekends. I enjoy dinners, pubs and bars rather than crazy clubbing, and I don’t bring parties back to the flat. I’m looking for someone with a similar lifestyle and no drug use in the flat, please.

🐶 DOG LOVER NEEDED

I sometimes have my mum’s small dog to stay when she is away, so you’ll need to be a dog lover.

The location is fantastic:

4 minutes’ walk to Chalk Farm tube
5 minutes to the cafés and restaurants on England’s Lane
10 minutes to Primrose Hill
15 minutes to Hampstead Heath

It’s a lovely area with lots of cafés, restaurants, pubs and green space nearby.

£950 per month rent
£160–£170 per month bills

So £1,110–£1,120 per month altogether.

Central heating and hot water are included in the rent, so the flat is always warm when you need it to be.

The flat is in a beautiful, well-maintained block and I know the landlords well. They’re really easy-going, which makes things nice and straightforward.
