Winter Sublet (Short: 1 Month)

I am subleting my apartment during the summer time. It is available from Dec 13 until Jan 13 or so. If you want to live alone during the christmas and new years or if you are visiting London during this time, this is a great opportunity. Preferences for a single person or a couple. I set the rate lower than the market rate but I am looking for someone reliable and can take care of the apartment while I am away, not a party person!

The apartment has everything from washing machine, microwave, oven, electric cooker, table wares and dishes etc. You will also have internet already. You don't have to have anything but your clothes to spend time here. It is a well-maintained apartment, centrally located: a short walk from Chalk farm station or 10 min walk to camden market or 20 min walk to Primrose Hill. On top of the rent, you will pay the utility (electricity and gas, based on your usage) and the rest is included in the rent (water, internet, council taxes, service charges etc). The rent is around 1200-1300 depending on the end date and the security deposit will be returned at the end of the sublet.

The apartment has a bedroom with super king bed, and living room with a sofabed, a competer table, a separate kitchen and a nice bathroom with bathtub. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to email me.
