New Build Bedroom in NW3/NW5

Hi everyone,

A room in a lovely, new build apartment in the borough of Camden is available from mid December 2024 (but also some flexibility to start in January 2025 too). The bedroom contains a two door wardrobe, an office chair and desk, a full length mirror and a TV. You’ll also have majority access to the bathroom as I have an en-suite.

The house is newly decorated and there’s a balcony to sit out on. There’s also a shared dining space and living room area. A cleaner comes in every 2 weeks.

The nearest tube stations are Chalk Farm and Belsize Park (Northern Line). It’s also a 12 minute walk from Gospel Oak and Kentish Town West stations (Overground), and a 20 minute walk to Kentish Town railway (Thameslink).

The nearest high streets are Camden Town, Belsize Park, Hampstead and Kentish Town - plenty of parks, cafés, bars and things to do!

I work in tech, mainly from home at the moment, but sometimes in a co-working space. I like to paint, watch some good TV and movies, rollerskate, go for walks in nature, and go to music events.

I would like a flatmate that’s clean, friendly, sociable and mindful of not making too much noise. Would be up for watching some TV together now and then :)
