- 5 min walk to Chalk Farm station, 5 mins to Kentish Town West overground, 15 mins to gospel oak overground
- 10 min walk to Primrose Hill, 20 mins to Hampstead Heath & Parliment Hill, 15 mins to Camden
- 5 mins walk to Tesco Express, Sainsbury's local, Amazon fresh, and Morrisons

Me and my brother:
We're both laid back and sociable guys. Sam is a keen rower, and I enjoy running and cycling. Sam typically works from home whilst I'm in the office Monday through Friday

You:
A friendly, likeminded professional, who's independent and chilled. Clean and tidy.

The price advertised does not include bills (gas, water, electricity, council tax), internet cost of cleaning (we get a cleaner every 2 weeks), washing amenities etc.
