Light and spacious room in friendly garden flat

We have a large double room available at our house share in North London, on the border of Kentish Town, Belsize Park, Gospel Oak and Chalk Farm. Transport links are wonderful and you can even walk to Hampstead Heath is less than 10 minutes!

We are currently a house of four girls, in our early-mid thirties with professional careers. You would be living with Michelle, Cecile and Christine-Marié who are a friendly and welcoming bunch of girls who are looking for someone to make the place a ‘home’ and join in with the occasional movie night, dinner, gig, or walk on the Heath etc. We are all clean and tidy and like to look after the place so we are looking for someone like-minded and considerate.

The room is within a four-floor flat in a Georgian Terrace on a lovely road. There is a kitchen/living room with all the appliances, nicely fitted bathroom and a beautiful garden which is an absolute sun trap in the summer!

The room itself is always flooded with light (even on a cloudy day!) because of the three large Velux windows. The room is at the top of the house, and is spacious (19m2) so could easily fit a sofa, coffee table and desk etc. The room comes with a bed frame and mattress (if wanted), and a wardrobe which are supplied by the landlord.

The location is great: 11 minute walk to Chalk Farm / Belsize Park (Northern Line) and 10 minute walk to Kentish Town West / Gospel Oak (Overground). There are also amazing 24 hour bus links (46 and 24) at the end of our road which take you into central. There is a local foodie market nearby and NISA shop, with larger supermarkets only 10 minutes walk away. Primrose Hill, Hampstead Heath and Camden are also very close and so there is always a lot going on!

The rent is £824 per month. Deposit is £850, of which £250 would be needed upfront to secure the room. Bills are not included, however, at the moment they come to about £120 per month each. This includes a weekly cleaner, broadband, gas, electric, council tax, water and TV license.
