Chalk Farm sublet by station

Hi! I'm looking to sublet my room in Chalk Farm (1 minute walk from the station) up until March. Female preferred, to live with a 25 year old woman. Some bills included (heating, council tax). Other bills / wifi is quite cheap. It's a great location, 2 minute walk from primrose hill and Camden market. It has a big living room, hallway area and kitchen. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, in built wardrobe and mirror. In a lovely historical building (Etons). The room has a courtyard view and the building is very quiet and well sound proofed. Jewish female preferred (though the house is not kosher) :)
