We are 8 tenants from early 20´s to mid 30’s and we all get along really well. My room is on the first floor facing the street, lots of storage and. A sink.
We have 3 bathrooms and toilets in the property and a massive kitchen and a communal lounge. There is also a back and front garden.
The rent is £940 monthly plus £40 for the cleaner who is coming weekly. The bills are extra and about £35 monthly.
