Room in Primrose Hill flat for 2 month sublet

I am moving out of this flat at the end of January, and we still have the flat until the end of March. I am looking for a two-month replacement. You will live with Tom, a 27-year-old half-French, Aussie guy who is simply the best and works full-time in an office.

The flat is located on a beautiful road with shops and cafes. Chalk Farm station is a 7-minute walk away, and Primrose Hill Park is a 10-minute walk away.

We live on the raised ground floor, with huge windows and very high ceilings. The bedrooms give onto a garden, so it's completely quiet at night.

The flat is about 75 sqm and has two double bedrooms, one bathroom (with bathtub), a huge living room, and a kitchen.

You will have the big bedroom with my queen-sized bed, mirror and built-in wardrobes. It's £1,500 per month, all bills included, and we crank the heating up all winter, so it's always toasty.

I will hold viewings this Saturday, November 30th, and you will know if you get it by Sunday. Ignore all the boxes in the photos; I'm packing up, so it will be gone when you arrive.
