- Friendly house share (two Taiwanese - both professionals, one Georgian - masters student, one Swedish chem student) all queer
- Sociable flat who keeps everything clean and has a weekly rota for deep cleans that must be respected
- need somebody who is respectful and understanding of noise level at night/mornings
Rent £750 / including heating bills
Deposit: £750 (variable according to length of stay I. e if stay is 3 months deposit could be 350)

Accessibility:
- phone access entry (very basic intercom system) on the first floor of the flat to let people in from the gates of the building into our flat.
- Step free access (elevator/lift) in the building complex where you can enter from ground floor to the flat which is on the third floor of the building.
- The flat itself has two floors. The bed advertised is on the second floor and the only way to access it is via a stair case with 10 steps. The bottom floor of the flat has a kitchen, two toilets, one bathroom, and a living room space. The top floor has all the bedrooms which can only be accessed via stairs case.
