Welcome! I am leaving my super comfortable room in a wonderful flat with a bright and spacious living room and to friendly flatmates. The room has a desk and good space for storage (2 closets), in a flat shared only with 2 nice and considered girls, in Chalk Farm, at some minutes walking from the Round House, Hampstead Heat, Prim Rose Hill, Regents Park and Camden Market.

The room is at an excellent price, the flat is in very good conditions, with a living room with space for work, a TV and a dining room for 4. It's very quiet, with calm neighbors, nice natural light and it's cozy because it includes the heating bill! Also it has a fully equipped kitchen, with a table and a spacious refrigerator, as well as a washing machine with a dryer function that actually dries, electric cooker, oven, microwave and a toaster.

The flat is in the first floor, also the building has a lift, as well as electric doors at the exits, which makes things really confortable, and there is a view with trees.

Transport is very easy to take, in the corner of the building there is a bus stop, or another one at 5 mins that goes to the center of the city. There is also an underground station from the Northern Line within a 7 minute walk, which connects with the Piccadilly Line, Victoria Line, etc.

There is a Tesco two blocks away, a Sainsbury's besides it and a Morrisons supermarket, with pubs and restaurants. Also walking 15 mins, in Camden there are many places to go out, bars, cafes and much more.

The rent includes the heating bill (which is the most expensive one). The council tax is 52 per person and from the water, internet and electricity bill its only 50 pounds per person, which is a nice price.

As well, I can tell you that the landlord here is the best one I have had in my life, he is very helpful!
