We are heading abroad for a work from mid-January to August 2026 (potentially longer), and we are looking for a respectful, responsible tenant or a small family to enjoy our fully furnished one-bedroom flat in vibrant Chalk Farm during that time.

- Spacious bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, and chair
- Bright living room with a comfy sofa (which doubles as an extra sleeping space) and dining area
-Fully equipped kitchen: cookware, plates, cutlery, glassware, plus dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge/freezer
- WiFi, central heating, and plenty of storage space
- Balcony for morning coffee or evening unwinding
- All bills included also cleaning twice a month (except gas, electric and water)

📍 Location:

- 5-minute walk to Chalk Farm Tube Station (Northern Line)
- 10-minute walk to Kentish Town
- Close to cafés, shops, restaurants, and stunning green spaces like Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath

🗓️ Dates: Mid-January – Beg Sept 2026 (or longer)
