Chalk Farm Flat - 3 months

We are three professionals mid - late 20's who have lived together for two years and are now looking for a fourth housemate. We also have a rescue cat called mittens, who spends most of his time lounging in the living room (although without paying any rent)

Our current contract ends in Mid-December, so ideally we're looking for someone interested in a short-term let. The flat is recently refurbished and has a garden, a shared living room, two bathrooms, and a shared kitchen. There’s ample storage space throughout the house, and a cleaner comes once a week (included in the rent). There’s also desk space downstairs for wfh. We are all either in the office 4/5 days.

The available bedroom (pictured below) is east-facing and comes with a double bed, mattress, and two cupboards. There’s also an upstairs cupboard available for additional storage.

We’re based in a solid part of northwest London with great access to both Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath. The flat is well connected—just a 7–10 minute walk from Chalk Farm Underground and 10 minutes from Kentish Town West Overground. We’re surrounded by great pubs, running routes, and food spots.

We're easy going guys with a range of interests, particularly in sports. We regularly play tennis and squash, and enjoy a trip to the pub, whether it’s for a pint, wine, or a spritz.
