Rent: £1175 pcm plus bills (internet, water, gas, electricity and council tax (Band D)). Currently bills are approx. £135pm, and are subject to change in April with the annual CPI increase.

Looking for someone to take the second bedroom in this cosy flat. The room comes partly furnished (small double bed with mattress, side table, bookshelf, built in double wardrobe). You also have your own separate bathroom, and the rest of the flat is fully furnished.

The lease runs until mid-June 2026, and you will need to be added to the lease (following all the normal tenancy checks). Two of us have lived here for almost 3 years, renewing for a year each time, so there’s a good chance of being able to stay on past June 2026 if you are open to renewing.

I’m an Australian expat working in the finance/legal sectors, seeking a flatmate who has a similar 9-5 routine and enjoys a relaxed, tidy home environment. Always up for a chat/pub meal/walk, but also value personal space. I work from home 2–3 days per week, so this home is ideal for someone with a similar working pattern.
