I am looking for someone to take over my contract asap because I am moving out to live friends. All bills are included (1100 a month) and the contract is fixed term which ends 10/09/26. After the contract ends you can also extend. The room is fully furnished, with a bed, wardrobe, cabinet, desk and chair. The house has multiple shared spaces, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a balcony.

Besides that, the place is conveniently located close by Chalk Farm station, and it is just a 15-minute walk to Camden Market. Both Regent’s park and Hampstead Heath are also about a 15-minute walk away. There are two other guys living in the house an Englishman working in fashion and a Turkish student/barista.
