Spacious double room near chalk farm

Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my contract asap because I am moving out. All bills are included (1100 a month) and the contract ends 10/09/26. The room is fully furnished, with a bed, wardrobe, cabinet, desk and chair. The house has multiple shared spaces, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a balcony. Besides that, the place is conveniently located close by Chalk Farm station, and it is just a 15-minute walk to Camden Market. Both Regent’s park and Hampstead Heath are also about a 15-minute walk away. There are two other guys living in the house an Englishman working in fashion and a Turkish student/barista.

I am currently in the Netherlands over Christmas and New Years, but after that I am back and available to arrange an in-person viewing (from the 5th of January).
