I'm subletting my spacious, furnished double room, while away from London, for a RENT BELOW THE AVERAGE, and CHEAPER THAN FULL PRICE - yes, I'm paying the difference so the price is non-negotiable, and it does include all the bills: water, energy, gas, and internet.
This is a fixed-term letting, up until June-July (dates to be agreed between both parts, and specified in the subletting agreement).

Your flatmates will be the landlord (40+ yo, journalist) and two other girls (+40 yo, works in retail; and 24yo, works with music production), and a lovely little chihuahua, Lulu. We all enjoy our privacy, but appreciate sharing a laugh and a glass of wine from time to time.

The room is bright and fully furnished, ideal for a single professional or postgraduate student, and includes a desk, comfortable chair, and bookshelves. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The house also have a living space and a lovely garden, partly shared.
Please, bear in mind that the room (shelves, drawers, wardrobe), and your kitchen cupboard, are now free for you to bring your things.

The ideal tenant must be able to commit to the full rental period, and to be clean, tidy, and respectful.

The property is located in a well-connected and desirable area:
- Chalk Farm station: approximately 8 minutes walk
- Camden Town: around 15 minutes on foot
- Central London: approximately 15–30 minutes by bus or tube

For those who enjoy green spaces and outdoor activities, Primrose Hill / Regent’s Park and Hampstead Heath are in opposite directions, both within a 12–15 minute walk. Gyms, yoga studios, supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, and other local amenities are all available within a 15–20 minute walk, and the famous Roundhouse, with so many great programs and activities, is just a 10 minute walk away.
