After 2.5 wonderful years in this cosy flat, I’m moving out to start a new chapter with my boyfriend. I’m genuinely sad to leave. It has been such a peaceful home, and I’m looking for the right person to take my spot.
The Vibe & Housemates
Despite being so close to the buzz of Camden and Chalk Farm, the flat is tucked away on a quiet residential street, making it a real sanctuary from the London bustle.
You’ll be sharing with 3 lovely housemates. All warm, welcoming, and respectful professionals.
We value a tidy, calm environment where everyone can unwind, so it’s the perfect spot if you’re looking for a home that feels like a proper escape at the end of the day.
I mix going into the office and WFH from this room so there’s space for desk!
The Location & Transport
The flat is perfectly positioned for an easy commute and a great social life:
• Chalk Farm Station: 10 min walk (Northern Line)
• Buses (24 and 46): 2 min walk to buses into Central London/Tottenham Court Road and Kings Cross
• Overground/Thameslink: A lovely 15min walk to Kentish Town or Gospel Oak station.
Nature & Neighborhood
• Green Space: We are just a 15-minute walk from Hampstead Heath (ideal for pond swims, jogs, or summer picnics) and 20 minutes from Primrose Hill for sunset views.
• Local Life: A 15-minute walk takes you to the bars and restaurants of Camden Town, or you can head to Hampstead High Street for a "village vibe," great coffee, and amazing cheese shops!
The Logistics
• Move-in date: Looking for someone for March 18th (I move out on the 17th), but I'm open to a short discussion on dates.
• Bills: Approx. £120/month (including Council Tax).
• The Household: To maintain the current house balance, we are looking for a female professional, late 20s or older, who is respectful and tidy.
